There is a huge gap between the skills required and the skills provided by the schools and colleges. even after putting a lot of efforts, time and money the current education system is not able to provide the confidence to students on how to live a balanced life.

This gap needs to be fulfilled and that can be done with the help of right mentors. We can not wait for the system to be amended since it is not affordable now.

A parallel online education system has to be developed as it has many advantages, like various tools and tactics, over the conventional education system.

The current education system focuses more on how to get jobs and not on how to create jobs. An enterprising mindset contributes in the growth of the country generally.

Offline education has also their own advantages but in the situations like COVID the study must not lag behind which is happening now a days. The solution to that is to build a reliable education system.

Each and every student is an individual personality with some talent inside and thus a mentor is required who can make the one to think in the direction of personal, societal and national growth.
